New Years my new resolutions

A bit late with my New Years resolutions but, as they say, better late than never.

So here are my New Year’s resolutions/plans for next year:

1| Lose about 5-7kg before my holiday in July. (I’m not fat as I hardly eat any junk food, and don’t have big meals in general). But due to not exercising enough and having a few too many home cooked carbs over the past 2 years I’ve put a few Kg’s on so would like to lose them again for good.

2| Exercise more, I love walking and attempting to go jog and do weight training. So going make a big effort to do it on more regular basis.

3| Drink more water – I’m the worst the person when it comes to drinking more than 2 glasses a day, but have recently got a water app for my phone and started drinking 4-8 glasses a day. So going to make a significant effort to continue to do it.

4| Make more effort with my YouTube channel –  I told myself last year I was going to do this and failed, but after working 2 jobs that I don’t really like. (I mean it’s great that I’ve even got a job/2 and I get money now and then it’s just not what I want to spend the rest of my life doing) So it has motivated me to put in more effort and start posting on a more regular basis. (I probably won’t make any money off it, but it’s always nice to have a dream.)

5| Have a more regular blog posting schedule. Last year I had the worst blogging schedule. I could go two weeks where I was really motivated and published 3 times a week, then I would have a bit of a down day or get busy with study and suddenly two weeks to a month would have gone by and I still hadn’t posted any new posts. So have decided that to keep up with my regular posting schedule I will be posting every Wednesday and Sunday on my blog.

    GO for it Alexandra 🙂 you can do it! I’ll be also doing sports more often as it has helped to deal with emotional stress, same goes for youtube and blogging! Let’s do our best!

    I can totally relate to 3, 4, and 5!! Especially the not drinking water. But thats prob more important than anything else on your list. Our body needs it to function properly. I made the same resolution too 🙂
